Custom Logos

SportBiz NSW supplies and applies your designs to clothing for any business, sporting team, school or event.

If you were considering using a heat pressed transfer for this purpose now is a great time! Emerging digital technology in this area is growing constantly. This means that you have greater opportunity for customisation using a range of mediums, and sizes than ever before. It also means that you are not restricted by intricacy or colours of designs. Our logos are printed into the transfer and cut using digital technology. The entire design is then permanently applied to the garment using a commercial heat press (which takes about 1 minute) and the clothing can be worn immediately!

Designs can be made into transfers of different sizes (eg one for a pocket shirt of a polo, back of a team shirt or front of work shirt). This can be done using the one digital system, so there are no set up (or wash up) costs often associated with Screenprinting or Embroidery.

A combination of a customised logo with generic letters and numbers can be achieved. Heat transfers can be intricate and colourful or clean, simple design with only a couple of colours. The choice is yours.

Materials Used

This depends on the type of garment the logo is being applied to, the level of detail, and the number of colours. The NBN Logo is a Vinyl Printed Logo.

Vinyl Custom Logo Choices include vinyl, plasticol, litho, digitex, flock and sublimated flock. These products vary in what they should be applied to.

As an example where a logo is to be applied to a highly stretchy fabric such as a rash shirt, we would advise to use a product that stretches with the fabric (such as Digitex or a Plasticol with Adhesive backing).

Custom Logos can be used for different purposes, have a look around our site, but if you are not sure whether we can provide what you need, just call us.
